Enclosures Built to Keep Commissioning on Schedule
UL-listed enclosures and power distribution equipment for uptime-critical sites, backed by engineering support that moves at your project's pace.
What We Build
Full-service fabrication for enclosures and power equipment, built to spec and built to last.
UL-Listed Enclosures
Certified to UL 508A, built to the exact spec your application requires.
Junction Boxes
Sized and configured to fit your layout, not a one-size-fits-all catalog part.
Mobile Power Distribution
Distribution equipment built for the field, not just the panel shop.
Portable Power Carts
Rugged, purpose-built carts for temporary or mobile power needs.
Transformer Covers
Protective covers engineered to fit and to last outdoors.
Custom Fabrication
Something not on this list? If it can be drawn, it can likely be built.
Built to Certification, Not Just to Spec
Enclosure work lives or dies on certification. Every enclosure we build is backed by UL 508A, UL 50, and UL 50E shop certifications and an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality system — so what leaves our floor is built right, documented right, and ready to pass inspection the first time.
Fewer Handoffs, Fewer Places for a Schedule to Slip

An Engineering Partner, Not Just a Parts Vendor
A stalled enclosure order doesn't just delay a line item — it delays commissioning. We treat data center work as a schedule commitment, not just a purchase order: our engineering team works directly with yours from design through delivery, so problems get caught and solved before they become delays.
Direct engineering collaboration on your project, not a ticket queue
Reliability backed by hard numbers, not just a claim
Built for a long-term infrastructure relationship, not a one-time order
Questions Data Center Teams Ask Before They Order
Sourcing enclosures and power distribution equipment is a schedule decision as much as a purchasing one. These are the questions we hear most, answered plainly.
-
Look for a supplier that can show how it protects your schedule: engineering in-house so a design change doesn't stall the build, fewer handoffs between cutting, finishing, and assembly, certifications that match what you're buying, and a clear way to hear about a delay early. Quantum Manufacturing does fabrication, powder coating, and assembly in one facility, with engineering support from quote to delivery.
-
Ask where inspection happens, what documentation ships with the equipment, and what acceptance criteria will be agreed before the build starts. Then see it on the floor. Quantum Manufacturing inspects at first article, in process, and final before shipping, makes documentation available on request, and offers plant tours so you can check our process in person.
-
It depends on the equipment, so confirm that the certification covers what you are buying and not just the supplier in general, and ask for the supplier's UL file number. Quantum Manufacturing holds UL 508A, UL 50, and UL 50E shop certifications and an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality system. Share your requirements when you request a quote and we will confirm the fit.
-
Yes. Quantum Manufacturing does laser cutting (including tube), turret punching, press-brake forming, manual and robotic welding, multi-stage wash and powder coat, and mechanical assembly with inspection, all in one facility in Manchester, TN. Every time parts move between separate vendors, schedule risk goes up; keeping the work under one roof removes those handoffs.
-
Our engineering team works directly with yours from design through delivery. We review your drawings before the build, give design-for-manufacturability input to help optimize cost, and handle revisions as they come up so a design change doesn't turn into a delay. Bring us in early; the sooner we are in the conversation, the fewer surprises later.
-
Yes. Quantum Manufacturing supports repeat and multi-phase orders, and builds from prototype through production, so a design validated on your first units can be repeated across later phases. Each build runs under the same ISO 9001:2015-certified quality system and is checked to spec before it ships.
-
Yes. We offer plant tours, so you can see our cutting, welding, finishing, assembly, and inspection areas in person before you commit. Contact us to arrange a visit, or mention it when you request a quote and our team will set it up.
-
Send drawings or a project description; the more complete the specs, the faster we can quote. It helps to include quantities, how the work is phased, finish requirements, and any certification the equipment must meet. If you don't have final prints yet, our engineering team will work through the requirements with you.
Don't Let a Supplier Hold Up Commissioning
Tell us what your project needs and loop our engineering team in early — the sooner we're in the conversation, the fewer surprises later.
